Airport Security Officers play a vital role in ensuring the safety and security of passengers, airport staff, and facilities. This position requires vigilance, professionalism, and obedience to strict security protocols to protect against potential threats and maintain order within the airport environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Passenger Screening
• Conduct security screenings of passengers, carry-on baggage, and checked luggage using advanced screening equipment and manual checks.
• Ensure compliance with all security regulations and procedures.
Access Control
• Monitor and control access to restricted airport areas.
• Verify identification and credentials for passengers, staff, and visitors entering secure zones.
Surveillance and Patrol
• Conduct regular patrols of airport terminals, parking areas, and perimeter zones.
• Monitor CCTV and other surveillance systems for suspicious activities.
Emergency Response
• Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, or security incidents.
• Coordinate with local law enforcement and emergency services when necessary.
Customer Service
• Assist passengers and staff with security-related inquiries.
• Provide guidance to ensure a smooth and secure airport experience.
Compliance and Reporting
• Maintain accurate records of incidents, screenings, and daily activities.
• Report any security breaches or violations to the supervisor immediately.
